Sir Roger Buckley

Sir Roger Buckley sits as an arbitrator and mediator. He is a former High Court Judge (1989 to 2004), where he sat at various times as Judge in Charge of the Lists, Judge of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and Chairman of the Restrictive Trade Practices Court.

Sir Roger currently sits as Chairman of the Appeal Board, for the Horseracing Regulatory Authority.
