The Commercial Agents Regulations have given rise to a great number of disputes. There are very few members of the Bar who have experience of such disputes. Practitioners at Brick Court Chambers have represented parties in cases that have shaped the way this area of law has developed since the adoption of the Regulations in 1993. Members of Chambers have undertaken cases before the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court (and its predecessor the House of Lords) and the European Courts (Court of Justice and General Court (previously the Court of First Instance)).
