Another new tenant for Brick Court

Brick Court Chambers is delighted to announce that Edward Ho has joined as a tenant.

Edward is instructed in commercial disputes of all kinds, and has appeared as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal, High Court and in arbitration. His current and recent work includes acting alone for the successful Claimants in a three day, multi-million dollar LMAA Arbitration; representing a major national oil company in a US$300+ million UNCITRAL Arbitration in a dispute under a drilling services contract and representing the National Iranian Oil Company in a significant s.67 & s.68 Arbitration Act 1996 appeal.  Edward is national security vetted (Security Check) and is comfortable working with sensitive and classified material.

Edward was named by Legal Week as one of the "Stars at the Bar 2016", along with Brick Court barristers Craig Morrison and Laura Newton (who joined chambers in June).
