Maya Lester was junior counsel for Tesco in its recent appeal against the OFT's decision that Tesco had colluded with other supermarkets over the retail price of cheese in 2002 and 2003. Her next Tribunal appearance is for the Press Distributors' Forum, intervening in the challenge by the National Association of Convenience Stores to the OFT's decision not to review whether to make a market investigation reference in the newspaper and magazine distribution market.
