European jurisdiction, evidence and service issues, including recent developments

The seminar concerns a description of the European Judgments Regulation (dealing with issues of jurisdiction and enforcement of judgments), Taking of Evidence Regulation and Service of Proceedings Regulation and discussion of issues and recent developments arising from those pieces of legislation. The seminar will include a short workshop.
