In court this week: NMC kicks off closings in last week of EY trial

NMC Health v EY 

Last May, Salzedo kicked off the proceedings with blistering remarks against EY. He claimed that EY’s failure to spot fraudulent activity in NMC’s accounts over seven years amounted to “carelessness” and that the accountancy giant made “no real attempt” to access NMC’s complete general ledger, calling the conduct “egregious”.
