In the decision, dated Friday, the tribunal found that the U.K.'s secretary of state for digital, culture, media and sport had timely filed a public interest intervention notice under the Enterprise Act 2002 over the deals, but also ruled that a deadline to refer the matter to the Competition and Markets Authority for a full investigation expired July 1. … LHL and IDNM are represented by Sarah Ford QC, instructed by Bristows LLP .
