Ben Woolgar appointed to Government of the Virgin Islands Legal Services Panel

The Government of the Virgin Islands has appointed Ben Woolgar to its Legal Services Panel.

The role of the panel is to advise and represent the Government of the Virgin Islands in a wide range of civil and commercial legal matters. Appointments are for an initial period of 2 years, with the possibility of an extension.

Ben was called to the Bar of the BVI in 2021, and a considerable proportion of his practice is offshore. He has recently appeared unled before both the Commercial Division and the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal. Further details are available here.
