Bill Wood addresses Wyman Symposium on tax

On 6th July Bill Wood spoke at the 2010 Wyman Symposium on tax at the Institute of Chartered Accountants.  The subject was Tax and ADR.  HMRC have expressed great interest in using ADR training and techniques, including possibly mediation, to help resolve tax disputes more cheaply and more quickly. At the end of the evening the audience voted by a substantial majority in favour of the increased use of ADR in this area.
