Bill Wood gives evidence to the OECD in Paris

On 26th October 2010 Bill Wood gave evidence to the OECD in Paris about the use of mediation in competition disputes and regulation. This session of  the OECD's competition working party heard evidence from speakers from the UK, Europe, Japan and the US about the use of mediation and arbitration in resolving competition disputes.
