Bill Wood QC takes over as acting Chair of the Civil Mediation Council

Bill Wood QC has taken over as acting Chair of the Civil Mediation Council following the retirement of Sir Henry Brooke.

Bill will shortly be presiding over the CMC's sixth national conference, ‘Mediation -Who Needs It?' to be held on Tuesday 15th May at the Senate House, University of London. The conference will also be addressed by Brick Court's Stephen Ruttle QC.
