Brick Court Chambers instructed in $285m mining tussle

Three barristers from Brick Court Chambers have been instructed to represent Zamin Ferrous Limited, the international mining company, in their high profile dispute with ENRC N.V. the Kazakh mining company, concerning the Bamin iron ore mine. The case is set down for a five week trial, commencing on 8 February 2016.  Neil Calver QC will be leading Stephen Midwinter and Michael Bolding.
