Brick Court Chambers instructed in new assisted dying challenge

A major legal challenge claiming the right to be assisted to die for terminally ill individuals has been launched on behalf of Mr Noel Conway who has motor neurone disease and says that he fears being ‘entombed’ in his body as his muscles gradually weaken.
