Brick Court reported in opinion piece about virtual hearings

Tim Lord QC is quoted by The Lawyer today in an article, here, entitled "Virtual hearings mean the Bar can embrace technology – at last".

Tim appeared, with Richard Eschwege, in one of the first hearings in the Court of Appeal to be conducted remotely during the current pandemic.  The case was Teesside Gas Transportation Limited v CATS North Sea Limited & Ors.  A full report of the case and the judgment are here.
