Brick Court tops survey of antitrust class action claims

In a survey of antitrust class action claims either certified or rejected by the CAT since the collective proceedings regime came into force in 2015, conducted by Global Competition Review, Brick Court Chambers has come top, its barristers appearing in all 24 cases.

Robert O'Donoghue KC has advised on the largest number of certified claims over the past decade.
