Today’s Court of Appeal hearing in the case of Teesside Gas Transportation Limited v CATS North Sea Limited & Ors will be conducted by video link this afternoon.

Brick Court’s Tim Lord QC and Richard Eschwege, instructed by Katharine Davies and Dan Gardiner of Pinsent Masons, will appear for the respondents before the Chancellor of the High Court, Lord Justice Newey and Lord Justice Males.
