Commercial Court grants injunction following cyber-attack

04/03/26

On 3 March 2026, the Commercial Court (Mr Justice Saini) handed down judgment continuing an injunction granted against the Defendants, who are alleged to have committed cyber-attacks and stolen confidential and business-sensitive information from the Claimant’s servers.

The Claimant, Infinni Innovations S.A., operates a market-leading software platform (called “Infloww”) used by agencies and content creators who sell their digital content to their “fans” using the OnlyFans platform. The Defendants operate a rival platform called “OnlyMonster”.

The Claimant alleges that the Defendants were responsible for cyberattacks and data-scraping of its servers, with a view to luring away the agency clients of Infloww to make them subscribers of OnlyMonster.

At a without notice hearing on 9 December 2025, Saini J granted the Claimant an interim injunction restraining the Defendants from accessing the Claimant’s servers and its use of the extracted data.

Following a return date hearing, Saini J refused to discharge the injunction, concluding that “the facts show the Defendants surreptitiously exfiltrated data from the Claimant's systems for the benefit of their competing business” and that he “was surprised by the Defendants' continuing lack of candour” about what data was taken and how it was taken.  Saini J also made further orders against the Defendants, including: (i) that they provide a digital image of the data that they had extracted to the Claimants; and (ii) that they confirm the accuracy of the digital image by sworn affidavit.

The judgment can be accessed here: [2026] EWHC 470 (Comm).

Tony Singla KC and Chintan Chandrachud represented the Claimant at the return date hearing, instructed by Cooley (UK) LLP.  Tony Singla KC, Andrew McIntyre and Aarushi Sahore represented the Claimant at the without notice hearing.
