David Anderson QC to step down after two terms as Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation

David Anderson QC announced on 31 March that he would not be seeking a third term as Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation.  His six years’ service in that part-time but demanding post will therefore come to an end in early 2017, releasing more of his time for the practice of law from Brick Court Chambers. The announcement is on the Independent Reviewer's website here.
