David Bailey joins Brick Court Chambers

Brick Court Chambers is pleased to announce that David Bailey has joined as a tenant following his successful pupillage.

His expertise in EU and Competition law is already well established. David joins the Bar having qualified as a solicitor at Linklaters in their EU and Competition team in 2003, and following that was a Référendaire at the Competition Appeal Tribunal from 2007, and Senior Référendaire 2010 - 2012.

He has been the editor of the Competition Law Journal and the co-organiser and chair of the annual Young Competition Practitioners conference since 1996, and has taught competition law at Kings College London since 2001, where he is now a Visiting Professor.
