Roger Masefield was called to the bar in 1995 and was a pupil at Brick Court Chambers, becoming a tenant in 1996. He has an extensive commercial practice including recently being the only barrister engaged on behalf of Mr Berezovsky in both Berezovsky v Abramovich, and the 3 inter-related Chancery Actions. Since 2000, he has been consistently recognised by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500 as one of the leading juniors at the Bar in a broad range of practice areas including arbitration, banking, civil fraud, commercial litigation, energy and insurance.

Jasbir Dhillon joined Brick Court Chambers in 1997 after obtaining degrees from Oxford and Harvard and three years at the New York Bar. Jasbir specialises in complex commercial disputes and he has particular expertise in banking and finance. His practice also includes international arbitration, company, insolvency, intellectual property, EU, competition and public law.

Martin Chamberlain was called in 1997, and has been recognised in the leading directories as a star junior in both public law and human rights/civil liberties. His practice ranges from human rights claims on behalf of individuals and NGOs, to commercial and regulatory judicial review claims and appeals in financial services, environmental law, aviation, healthcare, pensions, pharmaceuticals, telecoms & transport. He has acted for the UK Government in high profile public law cases before the domestic courts, in Strasbourg and Luxembourg. Recent instructions include acting for a Pakistani man whose father was killed in a CIA drone attack in a challenge against the UK Government, and for the UK Government in a landmark free speech challenge in Strasbourg concerning political advertising in the broadcast media.

Andrew Henshaw was called to the bar in 2000, having previously been a litigation partner and solicitor advocate at Linklaters specialising in commercial litigation. Since he came to the Bar, his practice has broadened to include European and public law. His recent commercial experience includes acting for the defendant in Berezovsky v Abramovich, and he has acted on a range of banking and financial matters, as well as jurisdictional disputes. He has appeared for the UK government in numerous public and EU law cases in the High Court, Court of Appeal and European Court of Justice. He is ranked in the current Legal 500 under Administrative & Public Law, Banking & Finance, Fraud (Civil) and Commercial Litigation; and in the Chambers & Partners Directory under Banking & Finance and Commercial Dispute Resolution.

The swearing in ceremony will take place on 27th March 2013.
