Hilary Heilbron QC elected a member of the LCIA Court

Hilary Heilbron QC has been elected a member of the LCIA Court, a body of the LCIA. The LCIA Court’s membership comprises 35 international arbitration specialists from all over the world (with a maximum of six from the UK) plus representatives of associated institutions, former Presidents of the LCIA and other special delegates. It is the final authority for the proper application of the LCIA Rules. Its principal functions are appointing tribunals, determining challenges to arbitrators, and controlling costs.
