Independent Reviewer of Terrorism David Anderson QC gives lecture on meaning of terrorism

On 13 February David Anderson QC, the Government's independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, gave a talk on "The Meaning of Terrorism", hosted by Clifford Chance and the University of Essex.

David has held the position since 2011 and combines the part time role with his ongoing practice.
