Chambers is very sad to learn of the death last week of Jan Woloniecki, a well-known and greatly liked figure in the insurance and re-insurance field who had been a door tenant at Brick Court for many years.  He was the co founder of and Head of Litigation at ASW Law Limited (previously known as Attride-Stirling Woloniecki Law) in Bermuda and and co-author of the Law of Reinsurance in England and Bermuda.
