Jasbir Dhillon QC chaired two panels of leading in-house lawyers at The Lawyer's Managing Risk and Mitigating Litigation Conference on 1 December 2015.  The first was on "How to prepare for and manage multi-jurisdiction litigation" with speakers comprising Sara Hall, Global Head of Litigation, Unicredit; Andrew Agor, Assistant General Counsel, Phillip Morris International; and Paul Wortley, Head of Litigation, RSA. The second was on "Traditional Litigation vs ADR" with speakers comprising Damian Bisseker, Head of Litigation EMEA, Credit Suisse; Dave Hart, Head of Litigation, BT plc; Adrian Pound, Assistant General Counsel, Interserve Plc; and Gaby Dosanjh-Pahil, Head of Litigation, SSE plc.
