Jasbir Dhillon QC will be speaking at the C5 Live Forum on Transatlantic Litigation, on the topic ‘A Contrasting View on Trial by Jury and Bench Trial: Do the Americans Know Better?’.  David Marriott of Cravath, Swaine & Moore (USA) and Paul Gully Hart of Schellenberg Wittmer (Switzerland) will be joining him.

The conference brings together an international line up of leading practitioners aimed at providing insights and solutions for those involved in complex multi-jurisdiction litigation.  It takes place in Amsterdam on 17 and 18 June 2014.
