Jasbir Dhillon QC speaks about improving diversity in arbitration

On 24 November Jasbir Dhillon QC spoke at the 2016 CDR Winter Arbitration Symposium on Diversity, Transparency and Probity: Challenges for Arbitration.   Jasbir spoke on the business case for the promotion of greater ethnic diversity of counsel and arbitrators engaged in international arbitration and the diversity of approach to conflicts of interest between English law and the IBA Guidelines on Conflicts of Interest 2014.  Further details of the talk will be published in the spring edition of CDR Magazine.
