Judge Fidelma Macken SC awarded ‘Outstanding individual achievement in IP’ at Managing IP Global Awards

Brick Court Chambers are pleased to announce that Judge Fidelma Macken SC has been awarded the ‘Outstanding individual achievement in IP’ at last night’s 10^th anniversary Managing Intellectual Property – Global awards.

The awards recognise IP Firms from around the world who have been outstanding in the prior year, with the individual award only given on occasion when it is merited.  Previous winners include Sir. Hugh Laddie; The Hon Sir Robin Jacob; Alison Brimelow; Tian Lipu and Wubbo de Boer.

Fidelma is being recognised for her contribution to IP at the CJEU, and in promoting an understanding of the EU court system.
