Nicholas Saunders appointed as Standing Counsel to the Comptroller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks

The Attorney General has appointed Nicholas Saunders as Standing Counsel to the Comptroller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. The role of the standing counsel is to appear for the UK Government in intellectual property matters before the higher UK appeal courts and before the Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
