Professor Derrick Wyatt QC joins Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration panel of international arbitrators

Professor Derrick Wyatt QC has accepted an invitation from the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration to join their panel of international arbitrators. Professor Wyatt has specialised in litigation before the European Court of Justice and the EU General Court in Luxembourg. He has represented and/or advised businesses in the UK, Ireland, USA, Germany, Iran and Syria, and the Governments of the UK, Northern Ireland, and Cyprus. He has lectured, and supervised and examined legal research, at the University of Oxford, where he was made a Professor of Law in 1996. His highly varied professional activities have covered numerous aspects of EU law, Public International Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, and Administrative Law. Professor Wyatt also accepts appointments as an International Arbitrator outside the framework of the Kuala Lumpur Centre.
