Report of MI5/police reviews into terror attacks

The Home Secretary this afternoon published the independent report written by David Anderson QC on the internal reviews conducted by MI5 and Counter-Terrorism Policing into their handling of intelligence on the perpetrators of the attacks earlier this year at Westminster, Manchester Arena, London Bridge and Finsbury Park.
