Richard Blakeley named world sanctions Young Practitioner of the Year in WorldECR Awards 2015

Richard Blakeley has been awarded Young Practitioner of the Year by the World Export Controls Review ahead of a strong global shortlist of candidates which "look like the seating plan for the finest export controls/sanctions dinner party", WorldECR reports,
