In a survey by The Lawyer, Brick Court has been named as one of the two most prominent UK barrister sets active in collective actions, for both claimants and defendants. In addition, Robert O'Donoghue KC has been named as one of the most active barristers in the UK's growing class action market, appearing in six collective proceedings.
