Stephen Midwinter KC and Marie Demetriou KC appointed Deputy High Court Judges

The Lady Chief Justice of England and Wales has appointed Stephen Midwinter KC and Marie Demetriou KC as Deputy High Court Judges under section 9(4) of the Senior Courts Act 1981.  The appointment is for a fixed six-year term, effective from 1 September 2025.

Stephen Midwinter KC and Marie Demetriou KC will continue in their practices at Brick Court Chambers.
