Richard Gordon QC appeared on the BBC Radio 4 Programme Unreliable Evidence hosted by Clive Anderson, on 25th September. He was joined by Sir Stanley Burnton, Sir Edward Garnier QC. MP and Nathalie Lieven QC for a panel discussion about the Government proposals to limit the use of judicial review and concerns that the new proposals could lead to unlawful decisions by government and other public bodies going unchecked.
