Tim Johnston invited to speak on “legal issues affecting drones in defence and security”

Tim Johnston was invited by Cityforum to speak at an event on Wednesday 10 June entitled  "Remotely Piloted Air Systems 10 Years On".

The all-day event was conducted on a Chatham House basis and attended by senior politicians, industry representatives, academics and military personnel. The discussion ranged widely and covered the ethical, legal, technical and strategic challenges presented by drone warfare and civilian drone use.

Tim regularly advises on legal issues connected to drone use and is an adviser to the All Party Parliamentary Group on Drones.
