William Wood QC appointed to the Civil Justice Council

William Wood QC has been appointed by The Lord Chancellor to the Civil Justice Council as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Provider Member.  The appointment is for 3 years from 1^st July 2014.

The CJC meets several times a year to discuss and agree formal responses to consultation papers, and provide advice to the Lord Chancellor, the Judiciary and Civil Procedure Rule Committee.
