• Russian Aircraft Litigation: assisted Edward Ho on work relating to the Russian Aircraft Litigation, a multi-billion dollar claim by the world’s largest aircraft lessor against (a) their own insurers and (b) the reinsurers of policies taken out by Russian airlines, to recover the agreed values of aircraft which have not been returned by Russian airlines following the Russian invasion of Ukraine (as a pupil)
• LCIA Arbitration 2026: assisted Laura Newton KC and Sophie Shaw with an arbitration involving an alleged fraudulent breach of warranty in a Share Purchase Agreement (as a pupil)
• Assisted Laura Newton KC defending High Court proceedings involving an alleged fraudulent foreign exchange trading scheme raising issues of knowing receipt and dishonest assistance (as a pupil)
• Assisted Laura Newton KC on a potential High Court claim involving alleged breaches of contract and fiduciary duty by a company director (as a pupil)
• Dowers v Axis Fiduciary: assisted Laura Newton KC in a High Court matter brought by trustees in bankruptcy to set aside a loan (as a pupil)
