On Monday 10th October, The Times in association with The Brief and Brick Court Chambers, hosted a panel debate focusing on London's position as the pre-eminent choice for dispute resolution - and the challenges it now faces, such as costs, disclosure and technology.

The event was chaired by Sir Richard Aikens, an arbitrator and former Court of Appeal judge, with panellists Sir Bernard Eder, Deborah Finkler, Robert Griffiths QC, Hilary Heilbron QC, David Kavanagh and Sue Prevezer QC.
