CMA publishes advice on disclosure processes

The Competition and Markets Authority has now published advice to companies to assist them with the disclosure process in CMA investigations. The advice follows an expert roundtable discussion held by CMA in November 2016.

CMA has also published the text of the keynote speech by Charles Hollander QC on the legal context and caselaw on the principles of disclosure in a competition investigation.  The link is here.
