As Aidan Robertson QC of Brick Court predicts, there will be an increase in challenges to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) through the Competition Appeals Tribunal (CAT), which is considerably more agile than the body that currently hears appeals on Commission state aid decisions, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).
