ValueLicensing seeks disclosure agreement with Microsoft ahead of UK dominance-abuse trial

​Addressing Judge Justin Turner at a case-management conference of the Competition Appeal Tribunal, Andris Rudzitis, a lawyer for ValueLicensing, said the company is encouraged that it will be “able to agree things” with Microsoft, without elaborating.​

Rudzitis added that ValueLicensing is hopeful that the parties’ endeavor on disclosure matters will ensure that the next case-management conference for the claim, scheduled in October, will not be one where the CAT is “asked to rule issue-by-issue.”​
