Richard Gordon QC has contributed to a festschrift in honour of Professor Vernon Bogdanor which is published today by Hart Publishing. The collection is entitled ‘The British Constitution - Continuity and Change'. Richard Gordon's essay is entitled ‘Constitutional Change and Parliamentary Sovereignty - The Impossible Dialectic'. Other contributors include Professor Dawn Oliver, Rt Hon Peter Riddell, Professor David Feldman, Professor Robert Blackburn and Sir David Butler.
