Brick Court Chambers Sanctions Soirée recording

Brick Court Chambers held a sanctions seminar on 11 May 2023 at the Royal Society of Arts discussing UK sanctions issues arising in public and commercial law, and interactions with the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and the Office for Financial Sanctions Implementation.  The recording is now available here.

The panels were chaired by Lord Sumption, Maya Lester KC and Paul Wright. The speakers were Ahila Sornarjah and Mike Weeple and from the FCDO and Freya Page from OFSI, and from chambers Maya Lester KC, Fergus Randolph KC, Jonathan Dawid, Fred Hobson, Malcolm Birdling and David Heaton.
