CAT slams Pogust Goodhead over ‘deliberately obfuscatory’ behaviour

The prominent class-actions law firm has been blasted for being ‘uncooperative, deliberately obfuscatory and misleading’ when various defence-side lawyers enquired about its client’s litigation funding arrangements.
