Jonathan Sumption QC delivers 35th FA Mann Lecture

On 8th November 2011 Jonathan Sumption QC delivered the 35th annual FA Mann lecture, on the subject of "Judicial and Political Decision Making: The Uncertain Boundary".

The lecture is given in honour of the late Dr FA Mann QC (Hon) (1907-1991), and was chaired by The Rt Hon The Lord Mance. Mr Sumption follows Brick Court door tenant Lord Hoffmann who gave the lecture in 2007, and Sir Sydney Kentridge QC who gave the lecture in 1995.
