London Metropolitan University granted permission for judicial review

London Metropolitan University has been granted permission for judicial review of the UK Border Agency's decision to revoke its sponsor licence to teach students from outside the EEA. The case raises the legality of the tier 4 sponsor guidance and the fairness of the UKBA's decision making process.
