Richard Gordon QC co-authors Constitution Society Report on Parliamentary Privilege

Richard Gordon QC has co-authored a Constitution Society Report with Sir Malcolm Jack, former Clerk to the Commons, entitled "Parliamentary Privilege: Evolution or Codification?"

The report was launched on 9th May with a dinner at the East India Club, and has attracted significant coverage in the legal press.
