02/11/15

10 November 2015, 1800-1930
RUSI, 61 Whitehall, London SW1A 2ET

On behalf of Brick Court Chambers, the Center for a New American Security, and the Center on Law and Security at NYU School of Law, the Royal United Services Institute is delighted to invite you to a public panel discussion considering the challenges that sanctions pose to businesses.

As governments increasingly use sanctions as a tool in international relations and the global business community assesses how to balance investment opportunity against the risk of censure and fine, this panel discussion will take stock of the way in which the varied imposition and removal of sanctions is affecting decision-making.

Speakers, to be announced shortly, will include representatives from the legal, business, financial and policymaking world.
