Three Members of Brick Court Chambers speak at Supreme Court Conference

Three Members of Brick Court spoke today at the annual conference on UK Supreme Court Decisions on Private and Commercial Law, held in Court 1 of the Supreme Court, and run by the Conference of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary University of London.

Oliver Jones and Robert McCorquodale participated in a panel on the Role of the State and the Doctrine of State Immunity in Respect of Commercial Activities, chaired by Sir Bernard Rix.

Mark Howard QC spoke as part of a panel on Corporate and Contract Law, chaired by Sir Roy Goode.
