Bills of Lading - recent developments

19/06/18

The law on this topic has evolved at varying speeds over the last 500 years or so, but there has been a profusion of recent cases. These include important judgments on package/weight limitation and other aspects of the Hague Rules, as well as cases relevant to title to sue, misdelivery, and use of forged or otherwise defective bills. This seminar provides a review of recent developments from the authors of the Informa Bills of Lading title and other members of Brick Court Chambers.
